We are confident that you will be pleased with our services, therefore this CONDITIONAL WARRANTY clearly states that if your credit report has not improved within 90 days from the date of when our services have been "COMPLETED" and you have PAID your account charges in accordance with our payment terms and conditions and you have paid on time and your bill was paid in full prior to or at the time that our services were completed and you have also complied with all of the requirements contained in the documents that were delivered to you in the "Welcome Package" which included but is not limited to the Application Notice, the Terms and Conditions Form Document and the Client Application and Agreement then you will be entitled to a Conditional 100% Money Back Guarantee upon the receipt by Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc. of your written request to claim your refund under the terms of this conditional warranty. You must however, send your written request to Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc. at 219 North High Street – Suite B – Millville, NJ 08332 in order to claim your Conditional 100% refund and it must be sent via United States Certified Return Receipt Mail no later than 120 days from the date of the completion of our services but in no case less than 91 days from the date of the completion of our services or your request for a refund may be considered null and void at the sole discretion of Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc.

Any Money or Monies paid by the Client or on behalf of the Client by the Client's representatives to Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc. or other third party Vendors for Credit Reports and/or FICO Scores or other Credit Scores or other additional services or products not specifically included in the specific Program Package of services purchased from Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc. by the Client.
3. Any money, monies or fees paid for Purchases made by the Client or on behalf of the Client by the Clients Representatives to any third party Vendors or Creditors for any use or purpose that was not specifically included at the time the Package or Program was purchased by the Client or the Client's Representative.
4. Credit Report Costs.
5. FICO scores or other Credit Scoring System Score report costs.

DEFINITIONS and INTERPRETATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS For words and phrases
used in the Conditional Warranty and/or Conditional 100% (percent) Guarantee and
through out all of the documents, agreements, products and services of Brightman
Financial Solutions, Inc.

1. Results - Any Improvement and/or change in a Client's Credit Report or Credit Profile that has developed or occurred after the date that the Client purchased the Credit report Education and/or Credit Repair/Restoration Product and/or Package or Service from Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc.
2. Completed - The date that all work on the Client's product, file, service or package has ended. The date of completion shall be determined by the last day of the fully paid and posted calendar month of service.
3. Paid - A client is considered "paid" when his or her payment has posted to their account and the funds have been cleared into the account of Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc. If the Client's funds should be rescinded, recalled or otherwise made or become unavailable to Brightman Financial Solutions, Inc. for any reason including but not limited to uncollected or unavailable funds or a declined or disputed transaction etc. then the account shall not be deemed paid and the Conditional Warranty and the Conditional 100% (percent) Money Back Guarantee shall become Null and Void.
4. Conditional 100% Money Back Guarantee - The 100% covers the money that you have paid for the "MONTHLY" Credit Report Repair/Restoration Service. The "MONTHLY" money that will be refunded to you under the terms and conditions of the Conditional Warranty will be the Total of the Monthly Payments that you have made during the term that our services were rendered to you in accordance with the package/program that you signed up for and purchased initially as long as you are paid current through the date of your cancellation and all other conditions and guidelines have been complied with and followed by the Client.
